Meetings held by agencies that provide services to the public are generally open to members of the public. These include local governmental bodies, school districts and water districts. The meetings, which are meant to provide transparency in the decisions made by local leaders that impact our community, can occur weekly, twice a month, or quarterly.
Public agencies are required to publish agendas 72 hours prior to a regular meeting and 24 hours prior to a special meeting.
The following meetings are scheduled for the week of April 14.
| April 14 | San Benito County Board of Supervisors at 8:30 a.m. Only one agenda in closed session about the county administrative officer position. Full agenda here. |
| April 15 | San Benito County Board of Supervisors at 9 a.m. The board will receive update from Fire Protection Services Ad Hoc and a presentation o the county budget. Full agenda here. |
| April 15 | San Juan Bautista City Council at 6 p.m. Among the items is an update on the fire protection service contract with Hollister. Full agenda here. |
| April 15 | Sunnyslope County Water District at 6:30 p.m. Full agenda here. |
| April 16 | San Benito County Water District at 5 p.m. Full agenda here. |
| April 16 | San Benito County Planning Commission at 6 p.m. Among the items is to review the 6th Cycle Housing Element draft. Full agenda here. |
| April 17 | San Benito County Behavioral Health Board at 12 p.m. Full agenda here. |
| April 17 | Council of San Benito County Governments at 4 p.m. Full agenda here. |
