Twin Oaks Hollister, a 55+ community at 2071 Red Oak Drive, is proud to announce its recognition as a national finalist in the 2024 PCBC Gold Nugget Awards. The accolade recognizes the five best-designed Senior Living Communities in the country. Twin Oaks’ innovative “boutique” concept includes a resort-style club and 168 smart-sized, single-story homes.
The award is a notable achievement for the local, family-owned company in a field led by household-name national developers. “We’re thrilled to receive this honor,” says Marty Miller, company founder. “From the beginning, we envisioned Twin Oaks as something special, and it’s gratifying to have that vision recognized by the PCBC judges.”
“Gold Nugget Award winners reflect our industry’s best, brightest, and most innovative architects, planners and builder/developers,” said PCBC Judging Chairman Lisa Parrish. Now in its 61st year, the Gold Nugget Awards (GNA) is the largest and most prestigious competition in the nation. It honors design and planning achievements in community and home design, green-built housing, site planning, commercial, retail, mixed-use development and specialty housing categories. Winners this year were chosen from over 675 entries from around the world. PCBC Awards are presented by the California Building Industry Association (CBIA) in partnership with Leading Builders of America (LBA).
Twin Oaks Hollister distinguished itself through its unique amenities and thoughtful design, centered around The Cannery Club, a beautiful resort-style clubhouse. The club’s airy, contemporary design includes a pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, movement studio, bocce and pickleball courts. It also features a culinary studio with a teaching kitchen, living room-style lounge, fireplace loggia and even a self-serve pet spa. The amenities are reserved for just 168 homes, all within a short walk from the club. The design evokes the long agricultural heritage of Hollister, which was established in the late 19th century.
Twin Oaks Hollister has just 60 homes remaining for sale, with prices beginning in the low $700,000s. For more information, or to schedule a private tour, visit the website at www.twinoakshollister.com or call (831) 800-2334.
