The deadline to submit election-related community opinions to BenitoLink is Oct. 29 at 5 p.m. The last day BenitoLink will publish those submissions is Nov. 1.
BenitoLink, San Benito County’s nonprofit news organization, prides itself on being a forum where community members can respectfully provide their points of view and debate important issues.
Providing this community service leads to an influx of submissions during elections. To avoid this and provide staff time to review all submissions, BenitoLink set the deadline a week before Election Day.
