The Alzheimer’s Association is proud to announce it has received a $10,000 grant award from the Community Foundation for San Benito County for expanded programs, services, and resources for San Benito County residents needing help with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia with a focus on diversity and inclusion. The Association’s no-cost offerings are available in English and Spanish for people living with Alzheimer’s and dementia, their families, and caregivers. We help people and their loved ones answer the question, “What do we do now?” after receiving a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia.
